Physical Products
  • Orders typically ship within 72 hours
  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from our fulfillment center located in Rancho Cordova, CA and is based on the shipping method you selected upon checkout.
  • Orders placed by 7AM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday will be processed for shipment within 72 business hours from our Filfillment Center. No shipments are processed on holidays or weekends.
  • Method of shipment is either USPS (Postal Service) or UPS Ground & Next Day Service.

  • If you ordered one of our exciting digital products (such as Jack’s Vision Board Software) you will receive an additional Email Confirmation containing your download and activation instructions. This email also contains your unique Key Code to unlock your product (this is very important).
  • Some digital products are supported by our development partners. Should you need any technical assistance installing or activating, contact information for support can be found in your Email Confirmation.

Return and Adjustment Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased at jackcanfield.com. In order to receive a full refund, the product will need to be in saleable condition and you will need to complete a Return Authorization Form.
