Shipping Return Policy

Shipping Options: Customer orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our fulfillment center located in California and is based on the shipping carrier and method selected upon checkout by the customer. Shipping charges are not applied to seminar and workshop registrations or product that is delivered digitally, such as mp3 downloads, software, and e-courses.

International Shipments: Each country has different regulations on customs and duty. We sell the goods free of sales tax when shipped outside of the USA. However, customers will be responsible for their country’s customs, duty and taxes that may be applied to their order upon delivery. Please see shipping chart for more details such as special delivery and International shipping rates.

Delivery Times: Please allow up to 3 Business days for processing, in addition to the shipping times below (excluding weekends and holidays). Any order placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day. Orders received Saturday – Sunday or a National US Holiday are processed the following business day and shipped within 3 business days.

Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on the Return Authorization Form. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Your credit or refund will take 7-10 business days once the item is received at our warehouse facilities. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit the same account the order was placed with and will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

*Products ordered using volume discount pricing are non-refundable. Our money-back guarantee varies based on product, program, or training. For online programs or live trainings please review the program terms which were emailed to you separately.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-800-237-8336, or send an email message to Customer Service within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we’ll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
